Depending on the destination outside EU (Such as the UK) there could be VAT and an import tax duty charged at the local rate. We urge all customers to check with the own Government website for guidance on purchasing items from the Netherlands, as each country has varying rules.
Orders shipped internationally are dispatched via PostNL to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery time:
The estimated delivery time is typically 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and local postal handling.
During peak periods or due to carrier-related circumstances, delivery may take longer.
In accordance with applicable consumer law, delivery will occur no later than 30 days after the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delivery delay:
Shipments may occasionally experience delays within the postal network.
A carrier investigation is initiated after approximately 10 days without tracking updates.
If no tracking movement is recorded within 20 days after handover to PostNL, the shipment is considered lost in transit.
The customer may then choose between a free replacement shipment or a full refund.
Shipment found after replacement:
In rare cases, an originally delayed shipment may still be delivered after a replacement has been sent.
If two identical items are received for a single order, the additional item remains the property of the seller.
The customer agrees to cooperate in returning the surplus item at no cost to them, or to arrange payment if they wish to keep it.
Transfer of risk:
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only upon physical delivery to the customer or a person designated by them.
There is a right of a 14-day right of withdrawal after you received the goods (European directive 2011/83). Before you send back the goods, you have to inform IWT Motorcycle Custom Parts by mail. You will get a return number. The goods should be sent the same way they were shipped. i.e. insured, with track and trace etc.
The buyer has to pay the return shipping costs in case of withdrawal.
