The original Mikuni brass components (jets, emulsion tubes, etc.) are high-quality parts and should normally be reused unless damaged.
Most aftermarket “complete carb kits” contain generic brass parts that often do not fit correctly or cause tuning problems.
For that reason, this rebuild set only includes the specific wear parts that commonly fail and are known to fit properly.

- Float valve needle and seat
- Float valve O-ring
- Float valve filter screen
- Pilot screw O-ring
- Pilot screw spring
- Pilot screw washer
- Various carburettor O-rings
These parts are frequently responsible for fuel leaks, carburettor flooding, fuel contamination of the engine oil, poor idling, or tuning issues.
